Wow so I get this, especially the call to what leader God is rising up in the Church right now
And oooh, that word about being called or it being a privilege that looks like a google hiring sheet...eesh... definitely seen that (and been screwed by that) a time or two. Or the barley legal youth pastors wife who doesn't get paid... speaking of which, meeting with her in an hour, hopefully to help her see how much she is worth and her God-gicen purpose in hopes that she can be her own person outside her husband's shadow and that when the church inevitably drops them, she'll have the confidence to know they still have value.
